These cages are equipped 1 of 2 ways, either for birds with feeders and perches, or for small animals with ladders and platforms, When used for small animals, Please use cable ties for the feeder doors that will not be used and clips as locks for the large front doors. If used for ferrets or chins, since the cage has a bottom grille, ladders and platforms that are made the same as the sides of the cage with ½” spaced wires, it may be necessary to cut some kind of material to cover them
