Bringing a new puggle home today! Her name is Fancy, but she’s still a puppy who doesn’t respond to her name.
Looking for a unique name, my other pets have been named: Baron, Buddha, Hyphy and Roo. They were Sugar Gliders.
Anyway, I was thinking Delilah. Kind of girly but bold sounding at the same time. At the same time it’s a little long, but I could call her Lilah as a nickname. Also, I’m interested in abstract names, characteristic names, philosphical names and unpopular human names.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
P.S. I was also thinking of phossy. Was joking around with nutrition names (I’m a nut major), and I said phosphorus then my friend and I both said PHOSSY! I think it’s cute, but telling ppl why you named a dog after an elctrotyle… So anything where her nickname could be Phossy would be awesome!
Phossy is cute. It suits a puggle. (ps prepare for all the ‘puggles aren’t a breed’ comments you are going to get)

Say you were naming her after the brand of watch FOSSIL. Don’t worry about explaining the name if you like it. You might be surprised how many people think it’s cute regardless if they don’t understand it. =D I like it AND I understood it.

I just adopted a Chow Mix and shes ADORABLE i can just imagine how cute your baby is! I Love the name Delilah and Roo is pretty cute! What do you think? Good Luck with finding a name that you like. Don’t worry about loosers asking why’d you name her that my baby’s name is Tulip, they gave it to her at the pound but i could have changed it but i think it fits her!

My dog’s name is Rigel. Pronounced Rye-Gel. He’s named after a star. There are tons of lists online with star names. All of the animals in our family have been named after stars and galaxies. All of our fish have been named after foreign language numbers; deux (two in French, not sure about spelling), drei (three in German).
