my husband always used to tell me, the more pets you have, the less time you have for one. Male dogs tend to smell like pee even if they are bathed, or taken to dog groomers frequent enough. All animals have their own smell, a fairly clean dog can have that wet dog odor when they come in from out of the rain. Have you tried a baking soda based dog grooming powder you can brush out ? Just a suggestion : have you thought of doing new things with the dog you already have instead of getting another one ? Like dog agility ? It looks like a person + their dog would have lots of fun.

Another thing dont get a younger dog it will play your older dog out if its a senior.

  6. Female mice are easy to take care of with no smell. Degus are cute pets, as well. Their cages don’t smell as long as you keep them clean.

  7. Well, I had two hamsters and they both reeked, were loud and stayed up all night (but they were so cute!) Chinchilla’s are pretty expensive so I don’t know if I’d get one, just in case it died. Generally, the less common the animal, the more expensive they are. I’d try a hamster, and if you can handle that, buy something more expensive.
