ok I think I actually fount something i used plain no fat low sugar yogurt(calcium) and a high protein baby food (chicken) these were the things that she wasn’t getting i mixed them together and she ate them i was just wondering if this would work?
just for her calcium and protein part….i always give her fresh fruits and veggies
Hi there again…these will be fine, but she also will need the mealworms and crickets because by nature sugar gliders are called “insectivores”. In their native wildlife habitat they glide around catching insects which is the primary diet source of protein. Yogurt and baby chicken food (so long as it’s doesn’t have any onions and garlic in the ingredients) is fine as treats, but not part of the primary diet.
Please consider reading the the links I’ve provided to you in my last answer about sugar glider dietary/nutritional requirements as they will list the appropriate amounts of nutrition sugar gliders absolutely must have in order to thrive and be healthy.
