Is this too much food???

I ate 3 fried egg whites (non fat pan spray, black pepper)
And I am having lettuce with vinagar, a boiled egg with no yolk and pepper, and water for lunch. For dinner I will have 85% lean hamburger (formed to a patty, grease drained, squished until it’s almost dry) salad with a TEAspoon of light ittalian (not creamy) dressing, black tea with splenda and skim milk, and apple slices. IS THIS TOO MUCH WHEN I AM LOOKING TO LOSE WEIGHT? Also I played Dance Dance Revolution until I burned exactly 154 calories. (I am having a piece of sugar free gum -5cals- for a snack right now) I’ll get on the X L glider fr 15 minutes later this evening!!!
TOO MUCH CALORIES WITH NOT ENOUGH CAL BURNING?!??!
