a ferret is fun and similar 2 a Meerkat, u could also go 4 a gerbil, rat, or a hamster.

i agree with ferret. it is the closest thing i can think of. Chinchillas are pretty damn cute and fluffy but you need to have a proper cage for them. one with levels.
No matter what it is do your research first. make sure you can take care of the animal properly.
And remember if it eats and drinks, it’s gonna come back out and it is going to stink. There are alot of people that looked surprized when I told them they would just have to live with the animal smell. You can reduce it by keeping it clean but it will never be compleatly smell free.
Personally I would suggest mice or rats over a hamster. They seemed to bite me far less than the hamsters. Thses were all new untamed animals tho.

get a ferret they are funny or u could get a female bunny (cuz guy rabbits tend to spray) and u can litter box train them and let them run loose in ur home lol

i dont mean to answer like the others. but i do think that a farret would be best. they are good pets & are funny & cute. they are really cute when the lie in there hamock! i have even heard that if you keep them clean they will smell like grape soda! good luck!
