Leave bits of its food in some of the rooms in your house and after about 5 minutes, quietly check the rooms where you left the food and you might find it there munching.

what to do is put out his favorite treat in the living room or somthing and put tin foil under it so you can hear him if he walks on it, then check every where in a room then walk out close the door and put towles under the door so he couldnt possibly get back in the room and do the same to all the others and you will most likely find him, but make sure to seal every way outside possible.
Put the sugar gliders open cage on the floor overnight and see if it’s there in the morning. Whenever my hamsters get out I put there open pen on the floor and put lots of treats in it. Then in the morning I usually find them sleeping it, or I awaken to then running on there wheel/eating there treats.
1) Put the cage somewhere he can easily get to it. If he has a mate or a friend in the cage, chances are he’ll just come back and you’ll find him ON the cage trying to get back in. If you think he went outside, put it outside with a treat or two somewhere on it.
2) Lay out his favorite treat somewhere, turn out the lights, sit still and WAIT. This way can take awhile ((up to an hour usually)), but it’s worked for me.
3) Glider proof the area you think he is in and let the other one out to play. Let them play for about 30 minutes and if he hasn’t come out yet glider proof another room and move on!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SHUT THE TOILET SEATS RIGHT NOW!!!! If you have flower vases lying around with water in them, dump them! You don’t want him accidentaly drowning himself.!!!!!!!!!!
Any time I’ve had a suggie get out and lost I’ve done these things and they work every time!
For future reference: Zip tie shut any doors you do not use on their cage. Make sure the locks are down ALL the way when you close the doors. Minimize the chance they can get out!
