  2. You can have up to 3 Females before you have to be licensed! But you can get a hold of:
    USDA, APHIS, ANIMAL CARE

    You can find it on the Internet also!
    It would not hurt to call them, because when its time to get rid of the babies & someone trys to report you, they will already know about you!
