I want to buy a flying squirrel, but i can’t find anywere to purchase them. If i can’t find a squirrel i would like to have a sugar glider. Does anyone know where i can find one of them in Texas?

If you don’t know how to get one…. then it is very likely that you don’t know enough about them to be a responsible care giver. Do your research before buying a pet simply because it is unique and/or sounds like a cool pet!
Are there any Vets in the area that know how to treat it if it were to become sick and/or injured? (I gurantee you that your average Vet doesn’t have a clue) Is your house Sugar-Glider-Proofed?

I definately suggest sugars over squirrels. Sugar gliders are sooo affectionate. but they are expensive and needy. Having one is practically like having a baby.
You have to buy two at a time, and you have to bond with both every day for at least an hour. they are a lot of work, but they will love you so much and they’re really cute.
look up a breeder in your state.
